A minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in business analytics with an emphasis on Trust & safety product and operations scalability; developing business-facing metrics and solving future business decisions. Experience on a trust and safety team and/or having worked closely with policy, content moderation, or security teams.
Expert skills in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R).
Experience with non-experimental causal inference methods, experimentation and machine learning techniques, ideally in a multi-sided platform setting.
Experience in schema design and high-dimensional data modeling (ETL framework like Airflow).
Demonstrated ability to create and drive product roadmaps for the business, then seamlessly execute against them.
Proven ability to tailor your recommended solutions to business problems to a crossfunctional team, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with partners of varying technical levels.
Ability to work under conditions of ambiguity in a fastgrowth, sometimes uncertain and complex environment comfortable acting with minimal planning, direction, and supervision. Identify issues both within and outside immediate scope, and propose solutions.
Absolute ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity.
