\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in a 22-bed Emergency Department with a patient ratio of 4:1
\n• Day shift includes Charge nurse plus 5 RNs and support staff
\n• Night shift includes Charge nurse plus 6 RNs and support staff
\n• Required to work 2 weekends per schedule with no on-call requirements
\n• Must have minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in high-acuity setting
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI
\n• Strong triage and critical thinking skills required
\n• Experience with trauma and cardiac alerts including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patients
\n• Perform IV insertion, medication administration, EKGs, splinting, and wound care
\n• Assist with moderate sedation procedures, intubations, CPR, and code response
\n• Care for stroke, STEMI, sepsis, trauma, and behavioral health patients
\n• Coordinate transport preparation for higher levels of care
\n• Conduct triage assessments using ESI guidelines
\n• Follow isolation and infection control protocols
\n• Complete documentation in fast-paced environment using Meditech EMR system
\n• Dress code requires royal blue scrubs
\n• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
\n• Must be team-oriented, punctual, reliable, and compassionate with excellent patient-centered care
